Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must adhere to our specified policy, outlined upon booking confirmation.
No Parties or Events: Our properties are not suitable for parties or events. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without consent will incur a fee of $75.
Property Use: The property is for residential purposes only. Commercial activities, excessive guests, or excessive cleaning due to mess left will result in additional charges.
No Smoking or Pets: Violation of the no smoking or pet policy will result in a fine of $150.
Excessive Guests and Noise Levels: No excessive guests or noise levels are allowed after 10 PM. Exceeding these limits will result in a charge of $50 per guest, and noise/party rule violations may lead to police involvement and security deposit retention.
Damages and Cleaning: Stained carpets/rugs will incur a $10 fee per stain. Excessive cleaning due to trash left behind will result in a charge of $150.
Towel and Property Damage: Stolen towels will be charged at $10 per towel. Any property damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit.
Liability Waiver: Homestead Hideaways is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Homestead Hideaways reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
