This freshly renovated 500-square-foot studio retains its spiritual charm with cathedral-height redwood ceilings and a warm, organic palette throughout. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed for restful nights, a wicker lounge set with a matching coffee table, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi to support deep focus or creative flow. A 55″ smart TV makes relaxing easy after a day exploring the coast or wine country.
The full kitchen is ready to rock, featuring a gas stove, brand-new sink and countertops, and everything you need to cook a fantastic meal. The tile-floored bathroom offers clean, modern simplicity, while new oak floors throughout the living space bring cohesion and comfort.
Although part of a duplex, this unit is completely private with no shared walls. As a bonus, guests enjoy exclusive access to a separate utility hallway, accessible only from the studio. This extra space includes a washer and dryer, coat rack, and bench — a convenient landing zone after a forest walk or wine tasting.

Guests have access to the entirety of Unit 1 and the adjoined hallway via a private entrance.
